Learn to weave a tapestry style weaving on a frame loom. All yarn and equipment is supplied including a Tangerine Monday tiny loom and tools that you can keep.
In this class you will learn to warp your loom, start with a hem stitch, basic weaving techniques including tabby weave, changing threads and checking tension. For those who would like an extra challenge we will offer a couple of different decorative techniques. Take home your loom to continue working on your piece after the workshop.
There is also the option to try your hand on a rigid heddle loom or an inkle loom as you learn about some of the many different types of weaving.
